CELTICS PARTY IN THE PARK 2007

On July 28th, the Celtics Sports Foundation hosted its Annual Soccer Games and Party at their outdoor field located in Campton Hills Park. The weather was perfect and a good time was had by all family members, players and friends.

The games consisted of a Friendly match between Bartlett and Bloomingdale Celtics O-30 teams, as well as a Celtics Kid’s game played on the neighboring field. The kids’ where mostly the children of Celtics players or are coached by them.  

After the game, all players and their families (about 75 in all) ascended to the Pavilion located on the west side of Campton Hills Park. They had pizza, played Baggo, listened to music and enjoyed a beautiful summer evening.

The Celtics Sports Foundation will continue holding such athletic and social events, especially those that combine the love of soccer with an appreciation of our wonderful St. Charles Parks District. Thanks to all attended and volunteered and we hope to see you again soon!
